Ogun II Customs Controller hosts stakeholders; Excise, Free Trade Zones, Nepza, for Synergy
The Customs Area Controller of Ogun II Command, Comptroller Olushola Olukemi Akingbade, has held her maiden meetings with stakeholders and excise traders of the Command, as well as stakeholders of the Free Trade Zones, on Wednesday, September 17, and Thursday, September 18, 2025, respectively.
In her address, Comptroller Akingbade commended the stakeholders for their past cooperation with her predecessor and urged them to extend the same support to her administration.
According to the OGUN II AREA COMMAND CPRO, Dauda Adamu, the Comptroller emphasised that her leadership would maintain an open-door policy, assuring stakeholders that they are always welcome to present their challenges and concerns.
Responding, the stakeholders expressed delight at her appointment, describing her leadership as one that would embody “motherly care.”
They pledged their full support and cooperation in working with the Controller to achieve the Command’s core mandate of revenue generation and trade facilitation.
