Prof Ozekhome receives “Defender of Democracy Award”
It was glitz and glamour when Legal luminary and Foremost human rights activist, Prof Mike Ozekhome, SAN, on Wednesday 12th March, 2025,received the 2024 Midwest Herald’s “DEFENDER OF DEMOCRACY AWARD”.
The Award was presented at a colourful Midwest Herald Achievers Award ceremony held in Benin City,Edo State tagged, “Legends and Heroes”.
At the event, Professor Mike Ozekhome, SAN also presented the keynote address titled, “Has Democracy led to Good Governance in Nigeria?”.
