 Christ Apostolic Church cleric, Pastor Dr. J. O. Odelade, Friday admonished Christians to quit sinning and turn a new leaf as the end time is fast approaching.

The Senior Pastor of the Christ Apostolic Church, Goshen, Oja-Odan, Yewa North LGA, Ogun State issued the admonition during the burial service of Deaconess Leah Ajoke Aru-FAKEYE, mother of the ProwlingEagles newspaper publisher, Elder Adetokunbo Fakeye JP.

He said, God’s patience according to 2 Pet 3:15, is for all persons to seek the face of God by staying away from any ungodly activities in order that they may move closer to God of righteousness.

“I am admonishing everyone here today; the Mama’s children, grandchildren, family, in-laws, friends and fellow church members to do a self censorship to find out any areas that need adjustment so that we may all be found worthy of the prize.

“There is no more time for lackadaisical attitude towards repentance, now is the time, so that by the time the trumpet sounds, our individual sojourn here on earth will not be in vain”, Pastor Odelade warned.

While eulogizing the Matriarch for been an epitome of motherhood, Pastor Odelade charged all mothers in the community to borrow a leaf from the deceased’s lifestyle.
