PUBLIC NOTICE: RETRACTION AND APOLOGY STATEMENT

This is to notify the entire public that the contents of the publications that we have made on several occasions with respect to Mrs. Aderemi Olaleye published on Newsconnect Online, ClipTV, Fortress and other social media handles were untrue.

Recent facts revealed by Mrs Aderemi Olaleye in the course of a fact finding exercise at zone 2 Police station predicated our retraction of previous malicious publications which emanated largely from Dr Femi Olaleye.

As a media organization dedicated to ethical journalism, objectivity, and accuracy, we acknowledge our responsibility to uphold the highest standards of truth and fairness in our reporting.

We deeply regret any distress, embarrassment, or inconvenience our publications may have caused Mrs. Olaleye, her family, associates, or the public at large.

As part of our commitment to responsible journalism, we will take additional steps to strengthen our editorial processes to ensure published reports on our platform are thoroughly verified before dissemination.

In light of the above and without mincing words, we at Newsconnect Online retract all previous stories published Online against Mrs Aderemi Olaleye and also tender an unreserved apology to Mrs Aderemi Olaleye for any injury, harm our publications may have done to her.
